Roman Chamomile is like no other. Its chemical makeup contains an incredibly high number of esters, up to 80%. This incredibly high concentration is uncommon in the plant kingdom and the driving factor establishing the extraordinary character of Roman chamomile.
It is believed this high ester content provides the antispasmodic effect so prized in Roman Chamomile. It thereby helps calm the central nervous system and thus relieve symptoms related to migraines and nerve pain.
Even in small quantities this oil really carries. It is incredibly rare and therefore not readily available on the commercial market, especially certified organic.
